Jessica Ward, MBA

Owner

Jess is an Arizona native who graduated from Arizona State University.  She has completed a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.  She served in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Analyst.  She was crowned Ms. Arizona United States in 2014.  She spent almost the last two decades as a medical device sales representative selling devices that promote active healing.

She has dedicated her time to her community by volunteering for various charities and most of all enjoys spending time with her family. Her goal was to create a company that supports Arizona homeowners to maximize their income potential while offering travelers the best short-term guest experience.

Joseph Ward, Jr.

Operations Manager

Joseph comes with a military background serving in the United States Air Force. He has spent many years in patient care for a large orthopedic group in Arizona.  

As a property manager, Joseph’s commitment is to optimize bookings and provide clients with a steady revenue stream from guests in Arizona.  He strives to provide clients and guests with amazing experiences. 

His hobbies include hiking, BMW motorsports, and spending time with family.

“Everything was beautiful! It was nice and quiet, the kids enjoyed it! I love the fact that there were games there for the kids so we had family night when it rained. It was very convenient and located minutes away from a lot of the places that we needed to go. Getting there was so easy and I love that parking was covered and right in front of the door!! The communication was great, we really enjoyed our stay and we definitely look forward to coming back and staying on our next family trip.”
